Unfortunately every sulfate free product made my hair feel like straw, and I rarely blow dry or use heat styling (also I stopped colouring my hair over a year ago). I tried removing build up with a clarifying poo first but then my hair just felt even drier. I couldn't even run a brush through it easily (my hair is chin length).
